FAQs

 

1, What do I get in my box?

In your design inspiration box, you will get several fabric samples, a wallpaper sample, a selection of paint colour card samples. These will have all been carefully put together by our team of interior designers. You also get an information sheet and consultation booking card.

2, How long does it take to get my box?

Boxes are posted within 24 hours of ordering and sent in 2nd class post

Deliveries are within 2-3 working days of ordering

3, What if I do not like what is in my box?

If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to BOXED INTERIOR LTD unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund.

Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc.

Please contact a member of our customer services at info@boxedinterior.com who will be able to help you return the items. Our customer services team may also be able to advise on how to return the products to us.

You do have to pay for the postage cost of returning the goods.

4, How do I book my consultation?

Once you have received your box and you are happy to go ahead with your consultation you will need to book your consultation         . You will receive a booking confirmation with a series of questions to consider and then with in 24 hours of your booking we will send a notification with a link to allow you to enter your Online Consultation meeting with your designer.

5, What if I need to cancel my consultation?

That is fine but please notify us within 24 hours of your Online Consultation Meeting to cancel the booking. If notification is not received within 24 hrs of the Online Consultation Meeting, then unfortunately you will not be given the opportunity to rebook your Online Consultation Meeting

6, Do I need anything for my consultation?

You will need to follow the instructions on your email confirmation to download the platform to allow you to communicate online with your designer. If you have interior design items, you like then have everything to hand and be organised to make the most of your consultation.

7, Can I send the designer photos or drawings of my room?

Yes of course, although they will be able to see your room whilst you are talking to them. If you think it is helpful then please send photos and drawings to designer@boxedinterior.com please add your name and order number and allow 24hours before your consultation. Items sent after this period maybe missed and not be considered in your consultation.
